Our commercial model is that of a supply program intermediary. We structure trial cargoes from 5,000 MT, annual offtake agreements, and long-term supply programs up to 25,000 MT per monthly shipment — connecting certified Southeast Asian mills with European industrial buyers at the commercial scale and documentation standard the market requires. We are not a spot trader. We are a program architect: each supply relationship is built around a defined volume commitment, a documentation framework, and a logistics structure that is repeatable cargo-to-cargo across the duration of the agreement.
